1. Access Third Parties Section

Click "Third parties" to open the third-party management area in CISO Assistant.

2. Open Entities List

Click "Entities" to view the list of all third-party entities associated with your organization.

3. Initiate New Entity Addition

Click here to start adding a new entity to your third-party list.

4. Select Specific Entity

Click on a row to open the details for this specific third-party entity.

5. View Representatives Tab

Click "Representatives" to manage contacts associated with the entity.

6. Add New Representative

Click "Add representative" to begin adding a new contact person for the entity.

7. Enable Representative Access to your instance with the create user checkbox

Check "Create user" to activate the representative's access permissions by creating a third party user.

8. Save Representative Details

Click "Save" to store the new representative's information securely.

9. Access Solutions Tab

Click "Solutions" to view and manage solutions linked to the entity.

10. Add New Solution

Click "Add solution" to begin adding a new solution for the entity.

11. Select Contracts Tab

Click "Contracts" to manage contracts associated with the entity.

12. Add New Contract

Click "Add contract" to initiate adding a new contract for the entity.

13. Access Entity Assessments

Click "Entity assessments" to view assessments related to the entity.

14. Add New Entity Assessment

Click "Add entity assessment" to start a new assessment for the entity.

15. Name your assessment

Name your assessment

Check "Create audit" to enable tracking of the assessment through the tool using a framework (questionnaire or standard) that has already been imported or created in the tool

17. Select Framework Template

Choose the framework template.

18. Save Assessment Details

Click "Save" to store the entity assessment configuration.

19. Open Questionnaire Tab

Click "Questionnaire" to view the assessment questions. It will be updated dynamically.

20. Edit Questionnaire

Click "Edit" to modify the assessment.

21. Select Representatives Email

Choose the email addresses to assign the questionnaire to the representatives.

22. Save Questionnaire Changes

Click "Save" to apply the changes made to the questionnaire.

23. Send Questionnaire

Click "Send questionnaire" to distribute the assessment to the representatives.
